Hi! I'm Kate Gilardi, PhD. I love helping clients discover the best version of themselves through hypnosis. My background is in neuromodulation clinical trials - understanding how different frequencies and chemicals affect the brain. I incorporated that research into my holistic practice which helps clients achieve the desired brain states through hypnosis. We all have the ability to change our neurochemistry without drugs or devices. I'm passionate about helping people discover their divine healing abilities. I strongly believe in empowering my clients, so I provide them session recordings and instructions on how to do self-hypnosis at home.
My Approach
I'm certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), clinical hypnotherapy, and ThetaHealing. I also offer Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) sessions for clients who have already done any type of hypnosis session with me or another hypnotherapist. Some clients come in for a specific modality, and others want me to select the most appropriate one for their condition.

I'm a firm believer in deep, non-judgmental introspection. I spend a lot of time thinking about what I'm doing here, how I can make the most positive impact, and how I can reprogram any subconscious beliefs that aren't serving my highest purpose. I love helping others connect with their subconscious mind through hypnosis. Everyone can benefit from understanding and then optimizing their subconscious programming.
The Healing Space
In-person sessions are conducted at Kate’s waterfront hypnosis studio (property pictured throughout website) on James Island, SC. The space is surrounded by beautiful live oak trees and a tidal creek with expansive views out to the James Island Connector. The studio has central AC/heating and a restroom.
